MMA INSANITY

This training program will be intense, including tire flipping, car pushing, sandbag sprint drills, etc. I want to infuse my wrestling background in this style of training. It will build muscular endurance, strength, and shatter any plateaus you may be going through.  I'm still trying to work out a time that will work for everybody but I'm thinking 6:30-7:30pm that way it will give those 9-5'rs a chance to get there. But let me know what your thoughts are if your interested, either 6pm, 6:30, or 6:45pm for a start time.
